Dijon also has some excellent museums, including the Musee des Beaux-Arts, which is part of the Ducal Palace Complex. Lyon is 80 miles south of Chalon-sur-Saone. The A6 major road between Paris and Lyon and route nationales 73 to Besancon run close to the centre of the town – these are relatively fast roads with few delays.
